Rachel Thexton writes for Daily Hive on Crisis Communications and Indigenous Reconciliation

Rachel Thexton was both honoured and saddened to write a column for Daily Hive on the recent lack of leadership attendance at an apology ceremony for Indigenous victims of discrimination Maxwell Johnson, and his 12-year-old granddaughter Tori of Bella Bella, BC’s Heiltsuk Nation.

While referencing basics in crisis communications, Rachel Thexton personalized this through the imagined pain and trauma of these victims and hopes that it serves as a piece to educate on PR and Indigenous Reconciliation. To read more, see the link here.
